The College has five administrative divisions which are:
This division which is supervised by the Asst . Dean for academic affairs is responsible for all academic activities in the College. As such, it is the function of this unit to monitor the performance of teaching staff, specify the needs of the college related to teaching and technical support staff, as well as the requirements for various academic activities including equipment, study halls and other educational resources, and work towards their development. Moreover, the academic affair supervises the implementation of quality assurance measures and the publication of scientific magazines and periodicals.
The student affairs unit is headed by the Asst. Dean for Student Affairs and is responsible in the implementation of the students admission and registration policies, in the development of students personalities as well as their academic and sports potentials, in the fostering and development of brother - like relationship among students and enhancing their relationship with the community, in the preparation of examination schedules, the announcements of results and the issuance of certificates and transcripts, and in the investigation of any offence committed by students while in or doing college activities.
The Asst.Dean for Administration and Finance heads this unit, and is responsible for the following:
The English Language Center is responsible in working towards the development of English Language Curriculum that keeps in pace with the modern developments and meets the students general and specific needs. Its other function is to setup English Language plans and programs, identify obstacles that hinder their implementation, and suggest means of over coming them. The ELC also works towards enhancing its relationship with other concerned institutions to keep in pace with academic developments in the fields of curriculum and teaching methodology, as well as the English Language.
The Educational Technologies Centre is responsible in the monitoring of the developments in the field of educational technologies and designing their implementation in the college. The ETC also supports workshops, academic gatherings, as well as seminars and conferences held in the college. An important function of the ETC as well, is the supervision of the operation, administration, and maintenance of the College's IT infrastructure. As such, the Centre is also responsible in the development and deployment of information systems necessary for effective and efficient operation of the college.
