Staff Relations, Evaluation and Development

The Administration, Finance and Human Resources Department provides guidance, counseling and assistance to employees in administering NCT policies and procedures. Our goal is to promote an effective and high-performing workplace. We offer assitance ina variety of areas such as employee issues, disciplinary process, performance evaluations, grievances, and employee standard of conduct.


The Department aslo provides information about Performance Evaluation and Development activities at NCT, including guidelines and procedures, forms, and other processes for the academic and support staff, as well as the administrative staff.
