Any company/industry can hire or employ a trainee by coordinating with the NCT OJT Office. Our OJT personnel will contact you and meet you to discuss your requirements, develop the training plan for our students, design the training timetable, and assign a training supervisor.

Once a training agreement is finalized, our OJT Coordinator will visit your company from time to time to assess the progress of the training and if the training objectives are being met.
