The NCT OJT Program involves industry-based learning term for students. This enables students to gain actual hands-on skills from the industry before they leave the College. This ensures competency of our graduates in the actual work environment which makes them in high demand with employers.

Any company/industry can hire or employ a trainee by coordinating with the NCT OJT Office at Telephone No. 25446525. Our OJT personnel will contact you and meet you to discuss your requirements, develop the training plan for our students, design the training timetable, and assign a training supervisor.
Once a training agreement is finalized, our OJT Coordinator will visit you company from time to time to assess the progress of the training and if the training objectives are being met.
