The Educational Services Section provides educational services support and assistance to the staff and students in a variety of ways. The training unit of the ESS provides professional training for staff in different areas of IT. It also provides enhancement training for students. The ESS also provides graphic design services through its Graphics and Multimedia unit. Services in this field include development of poster and signage, brochures, newsletters and the like. Document formatting of course materials are also being accepted.
The Photocopying Centre of the ESS, meanwhile, is responsible for the printing of course notes and handouts, and other teaching materials.
For inquiries on these services and other related matters, you can visit the ESS office at the ground floor of the IT building, inside the college library. The photocopying centre is temporarily housed at the left wing of the ground floor of the ELC building.
Booking the Multi-purpose Hall
For events and other functions that need the use of the Multi-purpose Hall and the audio-video equipment, please visit the Educational Services Section located inside the College Library.
In order to book the venue, you must fill up the required reservation form and present your staff/student ID to the ESS staff assigned. If special equipment are needed, please notify the staff and also fill-up the corresponding form.
