

The NCT Service Desk serves as the primary point of contact to give you assistance and support in the matters related to information and communication technologies, computers and networks, as well as audio and video services and applications.
To realize this goal, the Educational Technologies Centre, through its two services sections, Computer Services Section and Educational Services Section, provides helpdesk and direct support services to help you in your diverse needs. Currently, two software applications are used to monitor and keep track of all services being provided: the LogFile System and the Automated Equipment Borrowing System. These software help the ETC maintain its job entry efficiently and ensure quick resolution of problems and issues arising in the College.
Aside from automated systems, you can call the Computer Helpdesk Team at local numbers 501 to 504, and the Educational Services Team at local 507 for inquiries and assistance.
