QAD experts visit NCT; discuss second draft of QA Portfolio

QA experts from the Quality Assurance Department (QAD) of the Ministry of Manpower (MoM) visited the college last 19th and 20th June to discuss the college’s second draft of the Quality Audit Portfolio. Dr. PN Ramani, QAD coordinator for NCT, headed the four-person QAD group. Ministry QAD conducts Formal Audit Visit at NCT

The Quality Assurance Department (QAD) of the Ministry of Manpower (MoM) visited Nizwa College of Technology (NCT) for a formal audit visit last 13th and 14th April 2010. The QAD Team which is headed by Dr. PN Ramani, NCT QAD Coordinator, was composed of Ms. Ibtisam Abdul Khair, Dr. Nida Gatchalian, Ms. Bamini, Ms. Prema Muralidhar, and Mr. Kunhamu Muhammed. The two-day visit of QAD Team was spent in the formal audits of all college centers/departments, QAD presentations on GFP Standards and Risk Management, and discussion / evaluation of the first draft of NCT Quality Audit Portfolio.>> Read more

Welcome! The QAFU Forum Portal is designed with collaboration and interaction in mind. Here, we hope to get in touch and continuously work with colleagues from other colleges whose work is similar to us, that is, ensuring that there organization is constantly adhering to quality systems and standards whether local and international. We also would like to use this forum as a platform where we can do benchamrking with other similar institutions of higher learning. We believe that only through continuous interaction and collaboration we can be at pace with the developments of the academe in terms of technology, teaching and learning process, and pedagogy.
