The Marketing Section of BSD – NCT organized a Guest Lecture on “Selling Tasks and Sales Process” on October 10th March 2020 between 12:00 noon and 01:30 pm and a follow up session on 11th March 2020 between 02:00 pm and 03:30 pm. The session started with a welcome note by a student volunteer. The audience comprised of students pursuing a course on Principles of Sales at Diploma Year – 2. Mr. Ashok Kumar. K., Manager - Sales, Chevrolet, Nizwa, Sultanate of Oman was the resource person for the lecture. The presentation covered course outcomes according to practical / industrial requirements focusing various selling tasks and selling steps followed in the real business scenario. Around fifty students participated in the program. The presentation was followed by students’ interaction and clarification of queries raised by students. The session ended with vote of thanks proposed by Dr. Premkumar, Course Coordinator and organizer. Ms. Turkiya Al Busaidi, HoD, Business Studies Department honored the resource person with a Certificate of Appreciation
