With the approval and support of the University Dean, Dr. Hafedh Al Rahbi, Ms. Nahid Al Shukaili, BSD- HoD and Marketing Specialization HoS Ms. Turkiya Al Busaidi, the Marketing Section of BSD – UTAS-Nizwa arranged a guest lecture on “Sales Process and Salesforce Tasks” last 22nd March 2022.

The audience comprised of students pursuing a course on Principles of Sales at Diploma Second Year.
Mr. Ummer Mahamood, Senior Product Consultant, Mazda, Nizwa, Sultanate of Oman was the resource person for the lecture. The presentation covered course outcomes according to practical / industrial requirements focusing various selling tasks and selling steps followed in a real business setting.

Around thirty students participated in the program. The presentation was followed by students’ interaction and clarification of queries. The session ended with vote of thanks from Dr. Premkumar, the Course Coordinator and organizer of the event. Ms. Turkiya Al Busaidi, HoS, Marketing Section, Business Studies Department honored the resource person with a memento and Certificate of Appreciation.
