The Engineering department, UTAS- Nizwa released the first edition of the newsletter “EnggFrictions” on January, 8, 2023. Dr, Hafedh Said Al Rahbi, the Dean of University of Technology and Applied Science- Nizwa launched the newsletter with Dr. Bensujin, the Head of Engineering department and the editorial board members in Adam Hall.
EnggFrictions is a biannual engineering department technical newsletter. This newsletter is concerned with the glimpses of latest technologies emerging in the engineering disciplines. The newsletter is a great way to stay connected with the college, learn about updated technological advancements, and keep up to date on the latest developments in the academic community.
The latest technologies related to electrical, electronics & communication, computer and mechanical engineering specializations were selected to include in this edition. All these articles were reviewed by the editorial board team. Also, an interview conducted with success of our alumni by the team members.
In this edition of the newsletter, you will find exciting news and updates, including:
1. The technological updated on various field of engineering.
2. An interview with the achiever, who recently received recognition for their outstanding contributions in the field of engineering and technology.
3. Article related to research.
